Job Responsibilities

Manager Support and Advisory 

  • Provide advisory support and coaching to managers on leadership, engagement, communication, and team management
  • Support managers in performance management, interpersonal issues, and complex employee situations requiring sound judgment and influence
  • Guide leaders in adopting new practices, structures, or ways of working
  • Foster the development of managerial competencies and autonomy among managers
  • Maintain a strong on-the-ground presence to build trusting relationships with teams and leaders

Change Management and Organizational Transformation

  • Participate in the planning and implementation of organizational change initiatives
  • Support managers and teams during periods of transformation, restructuring, or organizational evolution
  • Assess the human and organizational impacts of change and recommend appropriate support strategies
  • Assist in preparing and coordinating communications related to organizational changes
  • Support managers in addressing resistance to change and in engaging teams during transitions
  • Contribute to the development of tools, guides, and approaches that promote buy-in, engagement, and sustainable adoption of change
  • Participate in analyzing organizational climate and recommend actions to continuously improve management practices and employee engagement
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects related to organizational transformation, employee experience, and evolving ways of working

HR Analytics and Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to the development, analysis, and interpretation of HR metrics to support decision-making and strategic direction
  • Monitor indicators related to engagement, turnover, absenteeism, retention, performance, and employee experience
  • Analyze results from organizational surveys and make recommendations to improve practices and workplace climate
  • Support the development of HR dashboards and tracking tools to measure the impact of organizational initiatives
  • Identify trends, organizational challenges, and opportunities for improvement based on available HR data
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement driven by data, outcomes, and employee experience

Requirements and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or any equivalent field of study
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in organizational development, supporting managers, or in an HR advisory role
  • Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written
  • Strong interest in leadership development, organizational transformation, and HR analytics
  • Excellent ability to influence, engage, and support change
  • Skills in coaching, facilitation, training, and competency development
  • Strong analytical skills and interest in organizational data and HR metrics
  • A strategic, people-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as adaptability
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.
