The Opportunity
We are seeking a full time Office Administrator, to take charge of daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of our business operations in our Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office, as well as general office management and administrative matters. The successful candidate will ensure smooth business operations through effective office management and coordination.
What You'll Do
- Handle a diverse range of administrative and operational tasks including correspondence management, filing systems, and office coordination to ensure smooth operational flow and efficient business processes.
- Maintain accurate records, and manage important documentation related to business operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Filing of documents with the relevant Intellectual Property Office.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in office management, administration, or executive assistant roles.
- Prior experience in a global, multinational, or professional services organisation would be a bonus.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to be flexible.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
