The Opportunity

In this Finance Manager role, you will be responsible for leading core finance functions for three allocated entities in Vietnam and Philippines, handling regional treasury management across Asia, and direct end-to-end payroll operations.

Reporting to our Regional Head of Finance (Asia), this role will serve as a key Finance business partner to leadership and heads of department, ensuring financial reporting accuracy, mitigating foreign exchange risks, and maintaining total regulatory compliance across regional jurisdictions.

Job Responsibilities

As a Finance Manager, your duties entail:

Financial Management & Projects

• Direct and validate the regular closing cycles for all allocated entities to ensure timely and precise financial results.
• Oversee entity-level corporate tax matters and local statutory regulatory filings across relevant operating markets.
• Partner with leads for budgeting and projections for allocated entities.
• Analyse variance trends against budget/forecast and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership for allocated entities.
• Function as the primary liaison for auditors across all allocated entities.
• Contribute to ad-hoc finance projects including guidance and recommendations for the application of accounting standards and taxation law applicable to the group.

Treasury Management

• Manage overall liquidity, cash flow, and potential financial risks across Asian markets.
• Enforce group treasury policies and compliance.
• Monitoring multi-currency exposure and risks.

Payroll Management

• Oversee end-to-end processing and verification of multi-entity monthly payroll across Asia.
• Ensure adherence to local statutory employee contributions and tax withholdings.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external regional payroll vendors to audit payroll master data, implement automation, and resolve complex payroll matters.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Minimum 6-8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, ideally with at least 2-3 years in a team lead or managerial role.
• Proven track record managing full sets of accounts for multiple legal entities concurrently within a multi-currency environment.
• Familiarity with end-to-end payroll workflows and Asian labor tax regulations.
