About the Role:
As our Human Resource Executive with Spruson & Ferguson, you will work with a regional team to handle general Human Resources Operations (inclusive of Compensation & Benefits processing), Learning & Development, and take part in exciting Human Resources projects to uplift our processes and people further within a stable organisation with regional and global impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle end-to-end Human Resource Operations, inclusive of onboarding, supporting Regional Orientation, contract management, company Intranet, updating Employee Handbook, to offboarding.
- Process enrolment of staff into Medical Insurance.
- Support recruitment activities such as Talent Acquisition, coordination and more.
- Support ongoing reviews of our Compensation and Benefits, and rewards structures.
- Support Human Resource projects such as policy updates, data cleaning, rollout of new schemes, and more.
What You Bring:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years of experience or Diploma with 3-5 years of experience in the full cycle of Human Resources.
- Good stakeholder management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Experience with SAP Success Factors would be a bonus but not necessary.
