The IPH Group has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Coordinator to join our collaborative ANZ HR team on a full-time basis. Based in our Sydney CBD office, you'll work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where no two days are the same.
This is a unique opportunity to support employees across our Australia and New Zealand region whilst being coached and mentored by experienced HR leaders and professionals. You'll gain hands-on exposure to the full employee lifecycle, develop your HR expertise and play an active role in a variety of exciting HR projects.
Whether you're a recent HR graduate or have 1–2 years of HR administration experience, this role offers an excellent foundation for a long-term career in Human Resources.
About the Role
Working as part of our centralised ANZ HR support team, you'll provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle, helping deliver an exceptional experience for our people.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment, including advertising roles, coordinating interviews and preparing employment offers.
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding, including employment agreements, inductions, compliance training and employee documentation.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and processing employee changes within SuccessFactors.
- Managing HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including probation reviews, contract changes, parental leave and other employment updates.
- Monitoring and responding to the HR support inbox, providing timely support to employees and leaders.
- Assisting with HR reporting, workforce metrics and compliance reporting.
- Supporting annual HR processes, including performance and remuneration reviews.
- Assisting with employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives and Culture Amp surveys.
- Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the IPH Group.
About You
We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
You'll ideally have:
- A tertiary qualification (or be studying towards one) in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
- Approximately 1–2 years' experience in an HR Administrator, HR Coordinator or similar role (graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply).
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive, positive attitude and the confidence to take ownership of your work.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams.
- Experience using SuccessFactors or another HRIS is highly desirable.
