The Role
We are seeking a bilingual Software Developer to join our growing IT team at IPH Limited.
In this role, you'll design and build web applications, automation, and integrations, combining hands-on .NET development with growing Power Platform work, plus day-to-day support for the systems you help build.
This is a great fit if you like variety: one day you're architecting a new solution, the next you're troubleshooting a production issue or building out a Power App for the business.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy applications: full stack .NET, SQL, and ETL/integration work
- Build low-code/no-code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, troubleshooting production issues and favoring lasting fixes over quick patches
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, working closely with the IT team
- Own your code through the full lifecycle: design, testing, documentation, and deployment
- Contribute to project teams and collaborate with vendors as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Experience
- 3+ years on a software development team, with full stack .NET experience
- Solid SQL database experience
- Strong understanding of Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Proficient in designing, developing, and deploying business applications using Microsoft Power Apps
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable low-code/no-code solutions
- Ability to explain technical concepts and theories to non-technical audiences
- Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
